After seven years exploring the open road in their American RV, our clients came to us ready to plant roots—without giving up their freedom. They envisioned a low-maintenance tiny home that could serve as a secure, worry-free base while they continued their adventures.
Design sessions with our team and architect Chris Pyemont helped shape every inch of the internal layout to suit their lifestyle, with a focus on practicality, comfort, and efficient use of space. The result is a bespoke home that delivers full-sized comfort and flexibility, all without compromise.
Smart Design for Adventurous Living
A key design feature was the oversized bifold window into the lounge—blurring the line between inside and out—while tinted glazing maintained privacy without sacrificing light or openness. Aluvents built into the windows ensure constant airflow and passive ventilation, even when the home is locked up.
Smart tech and seamless outdoor living were central to the design. A WiFi-controlled heat pump provides effortless climate control on the go, while a 65" TV on a bold black feature wall, paired with a built-in surround sound system, brings a cinematic feel to the compact interior.

The Great Room Transformation
The most significant customisation was the deletion of the multifunctional room to create a huge kitchen-lounge area. This bold decision resulted in a kitchen as big as a conventional home, flowing seamlessly into the living space.
The bespoke kitchen from The Sellers Room features a full wall backsplash matching the benchtop, a vertical pantry with pullout drawers, and a rear riser range hood behind the gas cooktop. The integrated gas oven completes a kitchen that refuses to compromise on functionality.

Seamless Sanctuary

Space-Smart Solutions
Indoor-Outdoor Connection
To maximise the connection to the outdoors, we designed a 56sqm deck with a full wraparound walkway and integrated louvre system—creating a sheltered, functional outdoor space that feels like a second living room.
The exterior combines natural redwood cladding with a black-on-redwood colour scheme, whilst the oversized 2.1m tall main sliding door creates a dramatic entrance. Floor-to-ceiling windows and cavity sliders into the bedroom and bathroom maintain the sense of spaciousness throughout.

Technical Excellence
With 2.68m internal height at its peak and architecturally designed by Chris Pyemont, every detail serves their lifestyle. The WiFi-controlled heat pump includes a built-in dehumidifier for optimal climate control, while Aluvents in the joinery allow passive ventilation throughout.
